These terms apply when you use https://maahiya.in or purchase from MaaHiyaSilkFactory (sole proprietorship of Tapan Kumar Baishya). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Products & Pricing
We photograph and describe our clothing and handcrafted apparel as accurately as possible. Subtle variations in shade or weave are natural characteristics of hand-finished fabrics. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST.
2. Orders & Payment
- Orders: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock shortages or unserviceable delivery locations with a 100% full refund.
- Payment: 100% prepaid online via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We never store your card or banking credentials.
3. Shipping, Cancellations & Returns
- Shipping: Flat rate of ₹69 across all orders nationwide. Dispatched within 2 working days; delivered in 3–7 working days with real-time tracking links and live AWB status on your order screen.
- Cancellations: You may cancel any order before dispatch. A 4% platform fee is deducted and the balance refunded within 7 working days to your original payment method. Dispatched orders and custom/made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled.
- Returns: Permitted strictly ONLY for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. Non-defective items are non-returnable. Verified defects receive a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) within 7 working days.
4. Website Use & Content
All photographs, product text, marks, and code on https://maahiya.in belong to MaaHiyaSilkFactory. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or automated scraping is prohibited.
5. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by Indian law. Our maximum liability for any order is strictly limited to the amount paid for that order.
